First posts from week 2
You see all planned posts in the dashboard — daily menu, reels, seasonal specials. You approve. We publish automatically at the scheduled time.
Ongoing: deliver material, approve
Every 1–2 weeks you send us material via WhatsApp or dashboard upload — daily-menu photos, short kitchen clips, season announcements. We do the rest.
Frequently asked questions from gastronomy
How fast are posts for the daily menu or lunch special live?
Time-sensitive content works via a quick-approval flow: you send the daily menu or offer in the morning, we produce the post by 10 AM, you approve with one click, the post goes out at the desired lunch time. Standard in the SM Pro package is 2–3 such quick posts per week.
Do you also handle reels of our team or our food?
Yes. The SM Pro package includes image and video posts. You send us short phone clips from the kitchen or service, we cut reels with professional intros, edits and branding. For regular more elaborate productions (e.g. monthly restaurant tour with drone) you book our hourly individual support.
Does this also work for a bakery with multiple locations?
Yes. In setup we install a template library that adapts per branch — same brand style, individualized location info per post. Multiple locations are correctly tagged automatically via branch tags in the caption.
What about GDPR and photo rights of guests?
We only publish images you have explicitly cleared. For shots with recognizable people we automatically remind you of the consent clause in the approval flow. Hosting in Germany, GDPR-compliant. On request we deliver templates for photo consent forms.
What does this concretely cost for a restaurant or café?
