Social media for medical practices, dentists and physiotherapy.
30 posts a month — patient information, office-hours updates, team introduction, staff recruiting. GDPR-compliant, medical-advertising-law-compliant, no patient photos if you prefer.
Sound familiar?
Four typical stumbling blocks in daily practice.
GDPR concerns keep the practice offline.
Out of fear of warnings, nothing gets posted. Yet there are clear, safe paths — if you know them.
Patient information is explained manually over and over.
Your assistants explain the same thing for the 50th time. That would be exactly a good carousel post on Instagram.
Office-hours changes reach patients too late.
Bridge day, vacation, short-notice closure — every few weeks the phone is burning because the info didn't arrive.
Staff recruiting via social media is uncharted territory.
Job ads are expensive and miss the mark. But how do you advertise on Instagram for specialists without looking like a fashion influencer?
What we concretely take off your hands for your practice
Sober, GDPR-compliant, without patient reference if you prefer.
Information
Patient information as carousel
Frequent patient questions as carousel posts: treatment process, before-and-aftercare, myths vs. facts — understandable and matter-of-fact.
Office hours
Office-hours updates as stories
Bridge days, vacations, short-notice changes — immediately as a story so patients know.
Team
Team introduction
Your doctors, assistants, physiotherapists — sympathetic, sober, sympathy-building. Increases practice loyalty.
Recruiting
Staff recruiting without sales-speak
Recruiting posts with clear facts: working hours, team, training. Works significantly better with medical specialists than advertising clichés.
Trust
Practice insights
Rooms, equipment, atmosphere — sympathetically photographed, creates trust with new patients.
GDPR · HWG
On the safe side of advertising law
We know HWG, MBO-Ä, GOÄ advertising guidelines — and design content that doesn't lead you into the warning trap.
How does it work with you?

Frequently asked questions from medical professions
How is this GDPR-compliant for a medical practice?
We host in Germany, sign a DPA with you and publish only content without patient reference or with explicit written consent. At setup we deliver photo-consent templates for your practice. Patient images appear only if you've confirmed consent in the approval flow.
Can we show patient photos?
Only with written consent of the patient — and even then only in a format that complies with medical-profession advertising restrictions. Usually we work with practices without patient photos: team introductions, information, office hours, recruiting. It works very well.
How do we recruit new staff without sounding 'sales-y'?
We design recruiting posts specifically for medical professions — sober, with facts about working hours, team structure, training. No 'Join our team!' pathos. Stories and carousel posts with insight into daily practice work better with applicants than advertising clichés.
Does this work for dental practices, naturopaths and physiotherapy too?
Yes, with industry-typical adaptation. Dental practices and naturopaths are subject to particularly strict advertising guidelines (HWG, MBO-Ä). We know these and design content accordingly. Physiotherapy has somewhat more room for exercise videos and patient-education reels.
What does this cost for a practice?
